📂 Load Case Data
⚡ Quick Fetch — Enter Receipt Number
How it works:
1 Enter your receipt number above (starts with IOE followed by digits).
2 Make sure you are already signed in to myaccount.uscis.gov in another tab in this same browser session.
3 Click Open USCIS API → — the raw JSON data will load in a new tab automatically.
4 Press Ctrl+A (select all) then Ctrl+C (copy) in the new tab.
5 Paste (Ctrl+V) into the text area above and click Analyze Case.

Note: Due to browser security — Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) — direct auto-loading from an external domain is not possible. This step-by-step method is the fastest available path.

⚡ Auto-Fetch — skip copy/paste entirely (optional)

One-time setup: drag (don't click) this button up into your browser's bookmarks bar. If you don't see a bookmarks bar, show it first — Cmd+Shift+B on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+B on Windows/Linux.

⚡ Send to Tracker
1 Keep this tracker tab open — your other open tabs don't matter, only this one needs to stay open. Enter a receipt number in Quick Fetch (or use Open All API Tabs in the Tracked Cases panel to refresh everything at once).
2 Click Open USCIS API. A new tab opens showing the raw JSON (sign in to myaccount.uscis.gov there first if it asks).
3 On that new tab (not this one), click the Send to Tracker bookmark you saved. It'll briefly show "Sent to USCIS Case Tracker" and close itself.
4 Switch back here — the case is already analyzed and saved. Look for the "⚡ Auto-fetched via bookmarklet" confirmation.

If you ever close this tracker tab before clicking the bookmarklet, it has nowhere to send the data — it'll copy the JSON to your clipboard instead so you can paste it in manually.

📖 How to Manually Access Your USCIS Case JSON Data

To retrieve your case data in JSON format from the USCIS ELIS API, follow these steps:

1 Sign in to your USCIS account at https://myaccount.uscis.gov/sign-in
2 After signing in, open a new browser tab and navigate to the following URL (replace the receipt number with your own):

https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/cases/IOE09XXXXXXXX

3 Replace IOE09XXXXXXXX with your unique application receipt number.
4 The browser will display the raw JSON response. Select all (Ctrl+A), copy (Ctrl+C), and paste (Ctrl+V) it into the text area above, then click Analyze Case.

Note: You must be signed in to your USCIS account in the same browser session for the API link to work. The JSON data is fetched directly from USCIS servers to your browser — analyzed snapshots are saved only in this browser's local storage and are never transmitted anywhere.
